It is a miracle. What if this tool can run a program that make run our source file written in this editor?

Its early days but this looks worth trying. I've spent years looking for a good editor that runs on Windows. This might just be the favourite. Its lightweight, fast and doesn't need to be installed but it appears to have all the necessary features. I can't say anything about stability yet.

Rapidly installed and worked EControl syntax really does what promises. I installed quickly into my C++ Builder 6 and replaced the "TMemo" component in very little time. It is full of features beyond my real needs but it's nice to have them with it. If you have used the new Delphi or Borland Developer Studio interface, it gives the same editing features (and much more). syntax highlight?? I encountered a major problem right at the beginning. The syntax highlight function is greyed out. How do I enable it??

Nice professional text editor. I was looking for a text editor which could let me load a text file having multi-lingual text. In addition I wanted an editor which lets me load files using different text encoding schemes and perhaps also lets me have a better understanding of the encoding schemes. Antivirus program complained about a Trojan Horse during installation and start of the program. have uninstalled immediately, not tried at all to work with it. regardsJoerg
